Ahhh sex offenders...
Yeah, just counting the sex offenders that live on my "walk to the bus" route. 14 in total. 4 of them live across the street from me in this crappy apartment complex everyone on our street hates. The 4 of them have committed between them: Rape, 10 counts of forcible sodomy on a minor, aggravated sexual assault of a minor (2 counts) and attempted rape of a minor. Charming.

But does rape of a minor really mean rape or is it just statutory rape? I mean, fucking a 17 year old isn't in itself a moral crime, ya know? Some would say it's a victory, really.
